    Hi Erlend,
I saw your words "I end up doing more and more support these days" in a recent discussion. I thought maybe you could add a "help" button after the "New Task" button on the main bar, that would give insights and FAQs, like the recurring "how do I delete a task" (you probably answered that one a hundred times). I know most questions are in the FAQ -but not the delete task thing :D- but since there is not direct access to it from inside the app, I guess the normal behaviour is to go to the forum from the app and ask a question. So even a simple link to the FAQs would perhaps help.
Apart from that, some of us regular users could certainly help you updating the FAQs.

I've wanted to include a tiny help button on all pages, that would take you to a page on the wiki describing the page in question. Maybe I should just add the button and hope people step up and add the documentation for me? :-)

Ha ha, how do you say wishful thinking in Norwegian ?
That would be great, but very hard to maintain since you are improving so many things all the time !
A simple link to the FAQs would already be a good start IMHO.I just updated the French FAQs and it took ten minutes, so it's a feasible option. My 2 cents...

Erlend, if you created the help buttons with appropriate links and blank pages, I am sure a few people would help write the docs, or gradually extract it from answers you give on this forum. You might like to create links which are portable across wikis should the current one change. So perhaps alias

    http://help.clockingit.com/(.*)

    to

Added a help button to the main menu for now, which auto-links to a wiki page along the lines of help:controller:action, which should be a good enough starting point at least.

I'd rather have it just next to the New Task button, because as it is now it looks very far, not sure if newbies would see/use it.

Question : how can we use translations for this Help feature ? I'd suggest a language icon on top of each wiki page with anchors, likethey have here : http://web.archive.org/web/20030801072214/europa.eu.int/geninfo/query_en.htm (W3C advises against using country flags because flags mean country, not language)

I like where it is, because it is out of the way for experienced users. Now all we need to do is create lots of documentation :-)

For now, why not just put the translations under each other on the page until such time as we actually have enough choice of translations. I'm going to play with some tools we could use in a cleaner way, such as this one:

    http://drupal.org/node/133977

I personally only speak English, so I can't help with other languages. Sorry.

Well, I did a short test with the create new task page : http://wiki.clockingit.com//help:tasks:new
(correct the english part if there is any mistake) and translated it into French. I used the same language flags as in the wiki (so there already was an answer to my question :) )

Looking at drupal, it seems it might be possible to integrate both forums, documentation, my blog, and quite a bit more into one solution. Maybe that should be considered? Anyone know Drupal in and out and want to help me have a look at it? Show me what's possible?
