    Will this ever be implemented in either the description field or comments field? It would be nice to have ordered/numbered lists, bold, underling, italics....etc to apply in those fields.

    Short answer: yes.

    Longer answer: I want to do this, yes, but I have no idea when I will get around to it. I'm a bit .. overworked these days. :-) I'd love a patch from someone, though, and getting the basics in place shouldn't be very hard.

    Perhaps send out an email to your users asking for help? I'm sure that they would love to help if they can........

    I've had some attempts at contributions from users in the past, but they've always disappeared and gotten a life, a new job, kids, or whatever. I'm hoping someone will join in on a more permanent basis at some point though, especially as I end up doing more and more support these days. :-)

    Definitely not something everyone will want since it means breaking outgoing plain text emails from Clocking IT.

    I thought about that as well, and most of it should be possible to strip from the text going out in the email. And with a bit of cunning list conversion, it might even look OK. :-)
