I'm using ClockingIT with a group of 15 people for the coming city elections in France, they all love it, from 33 years old Stephanie to 67 y.o. Michel.
Just one thought : when creating a new task, we have to manually add each member of the group, by typing the 1st letter of their name. It's a bit tedious.
Would it be possible to have a "Select all" button that adds all the people ? Then one could just delete permissions for some of them if need be. And, instead of deleting the name of the person who is not notified, it could appear with the Wrong Way sign next to his name, just like in the Access To Project panel (in Projects/Edit).
Further down the road it will be possible to set someone as default notifiee on a project, so that you can create the default list of people to include. I don't want to include everyone in a huge list, as some people (my work for instance) have close to 100 people using ClockingIT and the only thing that works is then some auto-complete.
